It is true that many whom I personally know have not received the things I have written, which have to do with “this hour.” And yet, many have. I want to testify to this truth today: that which I am about to write is from the LORD.
One thing have I asked of the Lord,
that will I seek after:
that I may dwell in the house of the Lord
all the days of my life,
to gaze upon the beauty of the Lord
and to inquire in his temple. (Ps 27:4)
Everything about these days will seem wearisome, troubling, and discouraging, until we receive God’s insight. As the writer of Psalm 73 notes, “But when I thought how to understand this,
it seemed to me a wearisome task, until I went into the sanctuary of God; then I discerned their end” (Ps 73:16-17). The Spirit is saying to go to the “sanctuary of God” and seek His wisdom and you will understand.
Getting honest with ourselves. Who or what is your trust?
Can you say: “Whom have I in heaven but you? And there is nothing on earth that I desire besides you” (Ps. 73:25). Though in truth, you may not be able to confess this. However, dwell in the house of the LORD, and you will receive it.
Though we suffer the wrath of man, we do not suffer the wrath of God. Expect the Lord, look up because, “In just a little while, the wicked will be no more; though you look carefully at his place, he will not be there. But the meek shall inherit the land and delight themselves in abundant peace” (Ps. 37:10-11)
Meditate on this truth child of God: “The salvation of the righteous is from the Lord; he is their stronghold in the time of trouble. The Lord helps them and delivers them; he delivers them from the wicked and saves them, because they take refuge in him” (Ps 37:39-40, emphasis mine). Why is this true? Because they dwell in the sanctuary of God! This is the Spirit’s message. Dwell, abide, hide, rest in, trust in, take refuge in… the Shelter of Christ intentionally through prayer.
BECAUSE “Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord,
whose trust is the Lord.
He is like a tree planted by water,
that sends out its roots by the stream,
and does not fear when heat comes,
for its leaves remain green,
and is not anxious in the year of drought,
for it does not cease to bear fruit” (Jer. 17:7-8)
Therefore, child of God, know this: “The fear of man lays a snare, but whoever trusts in the Lord is safe” (Prov. 29:25).
There has been a hidden foothold within the Church for many years now. Though we have not realized it, (because it is hidden), and though many will reject this message, because it “rubs them the wrong way.” We have been severely distracted by the physical realm around us. Specifically, the physical distraction and foothold which was not seen, and is difficult to hear, is the foothold of the “fear of our physical health resulting in the need to be in control of our physical health.” However, this post has nothing to do with the freedom to be vaccinated or not. This is not a message regarding that choice. What I am saying is, we believed a lie many years ago which came from the world. We believed it was our responsibility and requirement to “take care of our health.” By God’s grace this had been revealed to me many years ago, through my own journey, but I just had to wait for the time to address it. Then in 2020 I was given the message and the opportunity to speak it to God’s Church. Simply put, FEAR AND OUR NEED TO CONTROL was our foothold which was used against us. When we trust in the wisdom of man, science, health magazines, the media, the secular medical community, for our security and for our resource for wisdom in a society consumed with secular humanism and the worship of self as God, INSTEAD of trusting in the Shelter of the Most High and the Sanctuary of God, we are…in danger of being deceived and led by fear instead of by faith. I told you many will not receive this message. But it is the truth.
God is calling us to give it up. To surrender the control. To give our health concerns and fears to Him. This will FREE us to step out, to go where God sends us and to speak what He calls us to speak, NO MATTER the consequences! When Satan finds a weak spot, he takes advantage of it. This was our weak spot. We had mingled with the world. In the same way the world deals with its health we were dealing with ours. This was not to be. We were never called to fear or take control of our lives. We have always been called to surrender our fears and our lives. To die to this world, and to our self. We have always been called to look to the spiritual to address the physical. What I mean by that is we go to God and His Word for our wisdom when the world is in panic and fear regarding something. I have discovered this truth: when the LORD is my trust for everything, including my health, I am free to follow Him no matter what and I am at peace and content in these times. When we are willing to trust God, by the Holy Spirit in us, and according to the Word of God, there comes a great freedom and insight which others may be too distracted to receive at the time. All that I am talking about here today is nothing more than a life lived by faith, rather than by sight. It is nothing more than laying it all down, and stepping back from the control, and allowing Christ to take care of life…and death. TRUST GOD.
Therefore, as was shared at the beginning of this post. Who or what is really your trust?
According to the Word of God, to “trust” God means to, “cling to” Him. So, go hide in the LORD. Go dwell in the Shelter of the Most High (Ps. 91). Go, lay everything at His feet. Step out and choose from this day forth, to “walk by faith, rather than by sight.” Not only will you find a new freedom, but you will also find a new intimacy.
This is the Spirit’s call to prayer, intimacy, resulting in complete dependence. These days require it now. Know this: give up all standing in the way. Walk with God. Amen
